RETURNS OF PRODUCTS:

A Customer who is a Consumer, or to whom the provisions applicable to Consumers apply, has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the Products without giving any reason. We shall then reimburse to the Customer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery of the items, the latter costs only to the extent specified in Part X of the Terms and Conditions. The refund shall take place immediately, and in any case not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which MyBestPharm S.A. is informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract (return the goods) in the manner described in the provisions of the Regulations. All the details concerning the return of the goods are available in the Regulations of the MyBestPharm Internet Shop in section X regulating the manner of exercising the right of withdrawal.

REPORTING OF COMPLAINTS:

Complaints should be sent by email to: logistyka@mybestpharm.pl . Our team has 14 days to investigate the complaint and within that time the Customer will be informed whether the complaint is legitimate or unfounded. If this is not possible, we undertake to inform the Customer when the complaint will be investigated and to resolve the complaint as soon as possible. Detailed rules for handling complaints can be found in Part XI of the Regulations.
